Was so good, A Truly Nice Stay
beautiful ground helpful staff complimentary golf carts large hotel
The resort grounds are beautiful. They feature well kept gardens. I found the tennis pro, Mohamad, to be excellent for lessons. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary golf carts were very useful for getting around the large hotel (a welcome convenience!).
The full board package can be a little restrictive. I wish it had more flexibility regarding menu choices in the various restaurants.

Really good Comfort and Luxury
wide selection friendly staff excellent pro golf cart
The breakfast buffet included many choices. Tennis lessons with Mohamad were excellent (he is a great pro!). Staff members were very friendly. Golf carts are available for transport around the hotel.
The taxes and fees are high. Consider an extra 30-35% on the bill.

long wait maniac driver
the grounds was immaculate, i guess. they probably spend all day trimming those palm trees or whatever.
the golf buggies was a nightmare. they never showed up when i needed one. i waited almost half an hour to get back to my room and that driver was like a maniac, almost crashed into a palm tree. its not a taxi service, but its the only way to get anywhere in that sprawling place, so you are stuck.
